The NET NUTRALITY  is the thing that which we can access the INTERNET WEB APPLICATIONS and WEBSITES with the same speed as we are using the different data packs like 3G,4G and also we pay only once for using through out the internet(websites,apps etc)...
i.e.,we can use everything with an equal speed....
WHAT HAPPENS IF WE DONT HAVE NET NUTRALITY????
If we Dont Have NET NUTRALITY then we should pay every website or web apps to Access.


this means suppose we recently heared that if the Airtel to be the part of FaceBook then the AIRTEL users can use the FACEBOOK free but,we cannot Access other sites,incase we Access we do not Get much speed as we are using the high end data pack..

Google’s first VR Doodle celebrates French illusionist and director Georges Méliès Google is unveiling its first  VR and 360-degree interactive Doodle  to commemorate French illusionist and film director Georges Méliès on the anniversary of his celebrated silent film  À la conquête du pôle (The Conquest of the Pole) ,   which was released on this day in 1912. The Doodle, called “Back to the Moon,” is a collaboration between  Google Spotlight Stories (the company’s VR storytelling arm),  Google Arts & Culture , and Cinémathèque Française.
